Your role
As an Independently working cook I, you are an important part of our kitchen brigade. You work closely with colleagues, contribute ideas for the menu, and safeguard the quality of our dishes.

Tasks:

· Independently preparing ingredients

· Applying basic cooking techniques

· Providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, dishes, and methods

· Responsible for stock and order management

· Providing technical guidance to assistants

What we ask:

· MBO level 3 working and thinking ability

· Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

We offer:

· Salary according to the Horeca CAO, scale 5 from €2.510-€3.050 (starting to maximum salary,



depending on experience)
