THE JOURNEY Creative Ownership & Execution: Lead the end-to-end design process, taking conceptual briefs for Social Media, PR and Integral Affairs and turning them into polished, "ready-to-post" assets.
Strategic Brand Guardianship: Act as the final filter for our visual identity, ensuring every piece of content, from a quick social post to a PR activation, is consistent.
Stakeholder Management & Diplomacy: Serve as the primary design point of contact for internal teams; Manage multiple simultaneous workstreams and potential delegations of tasks to a freelancer to ensure no deadline is ever missed.
Collaborative Synergy: Technical Mastery: You are an expert in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and Canva.
Academic & Portfolio Foundation: You hold a diploma in Graphic Design (or similar) and can provide a compelling portfolio (heads up:
