As the Rewards Manager, you will oversee and optimize Wallbox’s global compensation, benefits, and equity programs within the People department. Your work will directly boost employee engagement, ensure compliance with international pay transparency regulations, and help Wallbox attract and retain top talent to drive global business growth.
Global Compensation & Architecture: Design, benchmark, and maintain general salary bands, job architecture frameworks, and grading systems across all regions (EMEA, NAM, APAC).
Variable Pay & Sales Incentives: Partner with Sales Leadership and FP&A; to model, design, and track sales commission schemes and performance bonus plans.
Manage local and international benefit vendor relationships, driving cost efficiency and local alignment for health insurance, pension, and wellbeing initiatives.
Budgeting & Pay Transparency: Collaborate with Finance/FP&A; on workforce cost forecasting and lead compliance efforts regarding pay equity, gender pay gap audits, and pay transparency directives.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards management, ideally within international, fast-paced tech or industrial environments.
Strong expertise in salary benchmarking, job evaluation frameworks (Mercer, Korn Ferry/Hay, WTW), and incentive plan design.
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in complex spreadsheet data modeling and HRIS platforms.
Professional proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) is mandatory, as you will interact with global stakeholders daily.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or an advanced degree in Human Resources or Finance.
Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP).
Hands-on experience with advanced data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS implementation projects.
