Job DescriptionFabletics Inc. is looking for a QA Analyst for our Warehouse Management Systems.Fabletics Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced QA Analyst to join our team remotely. This role focuses on testing and releasing new platform capabilities of the Evolve WMS, used in warehouse operations. Testing often includes verifying behavior on the same physical devices used in the warehouses, and nearly always includes significant data validation using MSSQL. This position will report to the Sr Director, Engineering & QA - Evolve.What you will do:Own the test plan for roadmap projects, from acceptance criteria through releaseCreate effective documentation for issues encountered so that other team members can resolve them more quicklyWork closely with developers and other internal team members to debug problemsDevelop internal tooling to make testing easier, faster, and more effectiveFoster trust and accountability within the team, contributing positively to day-to-day activitiesVerify production releases and confirm production stability after deploysWhat you can bring:Very strong communication skills:high agency - willingness to ask questions, unwillingness to be blockedresponsiveness - effectively using text channels such as Teams and Slack, responding quickly, writing oftenclarity – effectively expressing yourself succinctly in chat as well as voice callsIntermediate level SQL skills, including understanding database concepts, writing your own SQL,
