Experience within gaming, gaming hardware, or adjacent consumer tech environments is essential.Role: Head of Growth & User AcquisitionSalary: €100,000 to €140,000Location: Europe-based, fully remoteWhat you'll be doing:Owning user acquisition strategy and performance across paid, organic, creator-led, and partnership channelsLeading acquisition planning, forecasting, and channel prioritisation aligned to business growth targetsManaging acquisition budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, ROI, and sustainable scaleBuilding and developing a small but high-impact acquisition teamDriving experimentation and optimisation across search, social, video, creators,
