Live Nation Entertainment’s Ticketmaster Spain is seeking a Client Support Specialist for the Barcelona market. You will deliver high-quality, frontline support to event organisers and promoters, coordinating with Sales and Product Operations to ensure smooth event lifecycles.
Fluency in English is required, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. You will train clients, manage system installations, and maintain Salesforce records while fostering continuous improvement in service levels.
