Overview

In this role you will own key accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate reporting and strong controls while supporting an SAP transformation. You will lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes and partner with cross-functional teams to translate financial data into actionable insights. You will act as SAP FI key user, drive automation, and maintain documentation and control frameworks. There is potential for team leadership as the company grows.

Responsabilidades

- Own financial operations and reporting: manage close processes and ensure accuracy of records
- Prepare financial analyses and reporting for finance leadership
- Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain strong internal controls
- Support tax reporting and VAT activities with external advisors
- Act as Finance Key User for SAP FI: testing, data validation, go-live activities
- Drive automation and continuous improvement in finance processes




- Maintain finance procedures, documentation, and control frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support decision-making
- Contribute to cost analysis, budgeting, and operational finance projects

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting and finance experience
- 2+ years of team management (ideally)
- Strong experience leading month-end close, financial reporting, and audits
- Hands-on expertise in accounting operations, reconciliations, accruals, and GL management
- Proven SAP FI Key User experience
- Experience supporting SAP implementations, testing, data validation, and go-live activities
- Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
- Fluent English
