Lead the regional Customer Service team, driving priorities, performance and people development.
Serve as the main contact for Commercial teams and customers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Oversee customer portfolio management, including orders, deliveries, stock monitoring and replenishment.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with Supply Planning, Logistics and Commercial teams.
Align customer requirements with production constraints, stock availability and delivery performance.
Lead service improvement projects, including VMI, SLA compliance, service optimisation and efficiency initiatives.
Drive analyses and action plans on service issues, stock deviations, complaints, transport constraints and planning improvements.
Ensure master data quality and system maintenance for the assigned region.
Mandatory: 5-8 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics or a similar position within an industrial/manufacturing environment.

Mandatory: High written and spoken Spanish and English (C1)
