Descripción
As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind creating extraordinary experiences for our key clients, ensuring their needs are met with innovative software products and services. You will spearhead the sales process, from identifying opportunities to securing new business, while nurturing strong relationships with our most valued customers.
Location: Hybrid role – 3 days per week in our Barcelona office and 2 days working from home.
Responsabilidades principales
Build Business Opportunities: Identify, pursue, and promote opportunities with both new and existing clients to drive company revenue.
- Stay Ahead of the Game: Continuously update your knowledge of our software solutions, as well as market trends and competitors.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Guide clients through the best use of our software solutions, delivering tailored solutions that meet their business goals.
- Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales process, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and follow-up.
- Forecasting & Reporting:



Provide accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Deliver presentations, product demos, and conduct client visits to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Experience as an Account Manager
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Availability to travel when required
- Experience managing sales processes and customer relationships
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
