You have directly managed €100k+/month

across

Google Ads + Meta Ads

for consumer

subscription

apps and can share metrics (CAC, payback, LTV:CAC). You’ve launched and scaled Meta for

mobile apps

(creative testing, audiences, value optimization, ATT/SKAdNetwork‑aware measurement). Google Ads for apps.

You’ve built actionable dashboards (preferably

Looker ) and make decisions from cohort/LTV data, not screenshots. Frugal with spend, relentless on payback, and comfortable being challenged with data.

Familiarity with

BigQuery

and collaborating on models (you don’t need to code; Experience with

RevenueCat

(subscriptions),

Firebase

(events/remote config),

Amplitude

(funnels). Experience mentoring juniors (design, interns) and building test calendars
