About the Role

This role drives and delivers digital transformation initiatives that support the strategic objectives of AIA Myanmar Life Insurance Co., Ltd., ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals, while serving as a key liaison between business and technology teams by leading business analysis, stakeholder engagement,



and end-to-end solution delivery to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen sales effectiveness, and also contributing to transformation planning and governance, championing continuous improvement, and supporting the development of team capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects and initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed quality and business expectations.
- Drive issue resolution and elevate critical risks to management when necessary.
- Monitor project performance and report status to stakeholders and leadership.
- Lead requirement discovery sessions and business process analysis activities.
- Translate strategic business needs into functional requirements and solution designs.
