You will co‑lead this transformation within the team, architecting agentic systems and building tools that turn customer business problems into compelling demos for 1,000+ GTM colleagues inside and outside Celonis.
The work you’ll do:




- Architect Agentic Demo Builds: Lead the shift toward "Prompt-to-Demo" workflows, from Atlas mockups to in-product demos with Apollo. You will build and continuously improve AI agents to automate the generation of data stories, UI screens, and configurations from simple business requirements.
- Elevate Field Delivery & Enablement: Create "Self‑Service" agentic tools that allow Sales Reps and Solution Engineers to "chat" with a demo environment. These agents will generate custom talk‑tracks, executive summaries, and personalized pitch decks on demand, ensuring every pitch is "Gold Standard." Drive adoption through enablement and iterate based on user feedback.
- Master the AI Demo Lifecycle: Own the end‑to‑end development, release, and ongoing improvement of our most strategic AI demo tools and assets. This includes identifying the highest‑impact demo opportunities across pre‑sales, prioritizing features, bui
