Overview

As Finance Business Partner in the Transformation Office, you will steer the financial evaluation and prioritization of transformation initiatives across the business. You’ll align regional and global efforts with group policies, supporting executives with insights that link transformation outcomes to performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance and reporting, shaping how capital is allocated. This role offers broad, impact-driven exposure across a global, matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

- Act as a strategic and financial partner to evaluate, measure, prioritize, and manage transformation initiatives across the business
- Support regions and integral functions in developing or leading initiatives
- Ensure consistent valuation and alignment of transformation opportunities for capital allocation
- Maintain cross-regional relationships to align methodologies, assumptions, and reporting
- Provide insights to connect transformation outcomes with business performance for decision-making
- Collaborate with Corporate FP&A;, Controlling, and Finance to ensure IFRS alignment and group reporting




- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve governance, processes, and BI tools
- Prepare presentations and analyses for senior management and executive reviews
- Partner with Head of Transformation Office to manage the Office budget and resources
- Drive disciplined planning, tracking, and reporting of transformation activities

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- 6-7 years’ experience in consulting, transaction services, valuations, M&A;, or corporate development
- Proven experience in transformation, PMO, strategy, or business case development
- Experience in matrix, global corporations / multicultural environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and other tools
- Fluency in English and Spanish
