What You'll Do on a Typical Day Serve as the primary point of contact, managing daily client interactions, inquiries, and requests in a client-facing role Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for Cvent-related tasks,



ensuring smooth platform functionality and user experience Assist client with event setup, registration configuration, and attendee management within Cvent Attend weekly meetings with the client to review progress, address concerns, and align on upcoming event initiatives Track and manage the client accounts receivable, including debt follow-up and payment reconciliation Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries for Business Reviews, highlighting key metrics and performance insights What We're Looking For Advanced knowledge of Cvent platform, including event setup, registration, reporting, and attendee management functionalities Proven experience in a client-facing role with strong communication and relationship management skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills with experience in financial tracking and accounts receivable management Proactive problem-solver with exce
