Our partner is looking for a VIP Host based in Spain. The position combines account management, player behavior analysis, personalized offers, and operational support. You will use player data, research, and reporting tools to understand preferences and identify opportunities to improve engagement. The role offers exposure to sportsbook and casino products while working in a data-driven, international environment. Success will require strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Manage a portfolio of VIP clients, providing comprehensive account management and consistently high-quality personalized service throughout their engagement. Conduct player data analysis, open-source intelligence research, and regional research to support client engagement and local market initiatives. Monitor player behavior, preferences, activity, and economic performance to develop individualized engagement strategies. Use Tableau, custom data exports, and reporting tools to identify trends, evaluate player activity, and support strategies aimed at improving player lifetime value. Maintain accurate and up-to-date player profiles, interaction histories,



and operational notes in CRM systems while following established VIP support and compliance procedures. Previous experience in VIP account management, customer relationship management, sales, customer support, or a similar client-facing role. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret player behavior, preferences, performance, and commercial data. Familiarity with sportsbook and/or online casino products and an understanding of player engagement and retention dynamics. Experience working with CRM platforms and maintaining accurate customer records and interaction histories. Ability to use data and reporting tools to identify trends and inform engagement strategies; experience with Tableau or similar analytics platforms is an advantage.
