In this dynamic phone- and email-driven role, you will connect directly with key decision-makers, uncover operational pain points, and match businesses with modern cloud and IT security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Execute outbound campaigns targeting prospective clients to generate new revenue streams and identify expansion opportunities.
- Consultative Outreach:



Connect with C-level executives through cold calling and strategic emailing to discover their tech needs and present tailored cloud infrastructure and security options.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain high activity levels, track all prospect data, and manage pipeline movement efficiently within a modern CRM platform.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach metrics and quarterly sales goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with regional sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities down the sales funnel.

Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or C2-level Ukrainian along with professional C1 English fluency.
- Sales Background: 3 years of successful B2B outbound sales or business development experience within the IT industry.
- Tech Aptitude: Strong grasp of cloud architecture concepts and business security needs; familiarity with modern CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Communication & Drive: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, an analytical mind
