How you'll make an impact
- Take ownership of a portfolio of reinsurance clients and manage relationships independently.




- Lead client engagements throughout the full placement and renewal cycle.
- Understand clients' business objectives, exposures, and strategic priorities to deliver effective reinsurance solutions.
- Structure, market, and place Property & Casualty reinsurance programmes.
- Coordinate with reinsurers and internal specialists to develop client-focused solutions.
- Leverage Gallagher Re's integral expertise, analytics, and market capabilities to support client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support business growth.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with reinsurance markets on behalf of clients.
- Travel regularly within Spain to meet clients and support business development activities.
- Collaborate with international colleagues across Gallagher Re to deliver integrated solutions.
