ITP Aero Group is seeking a GTF Engine Gates Planning & Performance Manager in Madrid to lead planning, execution tracking, and performance management of all GTF engine shop visits under the Gate Management process.
Reporting to the GTF MRO Operations Director, you will drive cross-functional alignment, monitor TAT, cost, and quality, and deliver on milestones with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
