The Technical Specialist I supports certification and verification programs by performing assigned technical and audit-related activities under established standards and procedures. The Technical Specialist I builds foundational technical expertise, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and may assist with research, training, and outreach activities as part of professional development. Perform required data checks, inventory reviews, and data management system evaluations. Assist in preparing clear and accurate audit reports with appropriate supervision. Quality and Program Development Deliver verification services in accordance with corporate quality systems and program requirements. Maintain accurate competency and training records. Communicate professionally with clients to obtain necessary data and documentation. Escalate complex issues to senior team members as appropriate. Bachelor's Degree in (field) and/or related discipline or Master's Degree or higher in a related field Must be able to speak in English,
