We are currently looking for an Applications Engineer to bridge the gap between our commercial, engineering, and customer teams by developing tailored technical solutions that meet the specific requirements of our clients and the highest industry standards.

Main Tasks

Analyze customer technical requirements and project specifications.

Develop and evaluate technical solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing applications.

Prepare cost estimations during quotation, engineering, and project execution phases.

Define Machinery Configurations And Application Concepts For

Filling systems

Closing systems

Inspection equipment

Packaging solutions

Prepare technical proposals, application specifications, and supporting documentation.

Support the Sales Team during pre-sales activities and technical quotations.

Act as the primary technical contact for customers during project definition phases.

Ensure an accurate transfer of technical information to Engineering and Project Management teams.

Participate in technical feasibility studies and risk assessments.

Collaborate in the development of process layouts, production flows, and customized solutions.





Ensure all proposed solutions comply with GMP requirements and applicable industry regulations.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of standard solutions and product portfolios.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies, pharmaceutical processes, and industry trends.

Provide technical support to Service, Quality, Projects, and other departments when required.

Follow and promote compliance with established quality procedures and instructions.

Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives.

Apply company policies regarding waste management, energy efficiency, and sustainable resource usage.

Comply with occupational health and safety standards and promote a safe working environment.

Properly use and maintain all equipment and personal protective equipment provided by the company.

Requisitos mínimos

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Applications Engineer or in a similar technical role.

Experience within the pharmaceutical machinery industry.

Experience defining technical solutions and machine applications.

Experience interacting directly with customers in a technical environment.

Languages : Spanish , Catalan and English is a must
