Overview

In this role you partner with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement across Littelfuse locations, focusing on safe, efficient production. You lead a lean team to maximize facility performance and develop staffing, training, and resolution strategies to meet objectives. You’ll implement controls for safety, quality, and productivity while supporting a culture of innovation and growth. This position offers the chance to shape processes and strengthen cross-location collaboration in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

- Partner with senior leadership to create and implement continuous improvement procedures affecting multiple locations
- Lead a lean team to maximize efficiencies in a Littelfuse production facility
- Evaluate staff levels and identify training and development needs
- Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet objectives; ensure controls for safety, quality, and productivity
- Perform other duties as assigned
