ensuring coordination of project interdependencies and milestones.Establish effective collaboration with local, regional and national authorities in Spain.Develop and support strategic development plans and regional strategies.Prepare project status reports, schedule updates, risk assessments, business cases and executive presentations.Manage Architect/Engineer (AE) scopes of work and proposals.Support funding control and expenditure management.Identify project challenges and implement practical solutions to ensure successful delivery.Promote effective development practices and cross-functional collaboration across projects.LocationMadrid, Spain.Candidates based in Madrid or Zaragoza are preferred.Requirements5–10 years of experience in project management and/or program management.Strong knowledge of real estate planning and development, including zoning, permitting, planning permissions, utility de
