Job ID: 10559048 | Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U.

Do you want to shape how hundreds of people learn, grow, and do their best work? As our Learning Specialist, you won't just build training, you'll own the strategy behind it: designing, governing, and optimizing the learning ecosystem across multiple functions, solving real business problems, and designing learning that scales across teams and countries.

This is a role for someone who loves both the creative side of learning and the rigor of getting things done. You'll independently lead complex learning programs from idea to launch, design scalable solutions to problems where the answer isn't obvious yet, and partner with senior leaders to turn business priorities into learning that actually moves the needle. You'll set the "what" and the "how" that our Learning Coordinators bring to life, and you'll raise the bar on our methodology and standards along the way.

If you're energized by continuous improvement, comfortable managing multiple projects at once, and motivated by seeing measurable capability lift across an organization,

you'll thrive here. You'll join a team that cares deeply about the learner experience, champions innovation, and gives you the autonomy to make a real, lasting impact.

Beyond the day-to-day, there's plenty of room to stretch. You might pilot how AI can transform the way we design and deliver learning, represent the team in cross-European initiatives, take the lead on org-wide programs, or mentor and shape the next generation of learning talent. If you bring the curiosity and the drive, this role will keep giving you bigger problems to solve.
