Overview

As Site Supply Chain Head, you will shape and execute the site's supply chain strategy, lead a capable team, and harmonize planning, procurement, inventory, and production. Your leadership safeguards supply continuity, improves performance, and ensures resources meet patient needs. You will drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize planning and operations, balancing service, cost, and quality. Responsabilidades

- Define and execute the site supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead and develop the supply chain team, building capabilities and talent growth
- Integrate production, material, and logistics plans for accurate execution
- Lead materials planning and procurement to maintain uninterrupted supply and optimal inventory
- Strengthen supply continuity by identifying, assessing, and mitigating site-level supply risks




- Optimize backup doses to balance customer service, product availability, and waste reduction
- Monitor budgets and supply chain performance, delivering improvements in cost, quality, and service
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve planning, procurement, and operational performance

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, nuclear medicine technology, or a related field
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or a comparable role
- Proven expertise in inventory management, procurement, production planning, and supply continuity
- Experience using enterprise resource planning systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder-influencing capabilities
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
