Smart Wind Turbines
Envision’s smart wind platform integrates advanced sensing, digital models and digital twin technologies via the Galileo SuperSense System. Energy Storage The energy storage platform provides full-stack capabilities across battery cells, BMS, PCS, EMS and SCADA, delivering integrated end-to-end solutions. Green Hydrogen
Envision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks,
including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity).
About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance & Pipeline Management Specialist to join the Envision Financial Services team.
In this role, you will support the management of international compliance activities, business processes, and the operational investment pipeline. You will work closely with different teams and stakeholders across EFS, gaining exposure to an international business environment and to the full lifecycle of investment opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop strong skills in business operations, compliance, project management, data analysis, and governance, while working in a fast-paced international organization.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of policies, procedures and internal processes.
- Assist with monitoring compliance requirements and ensuring that relevant documentation is complete, accurate and up to date.
- Support the management and monitoring of the international project and investment pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Maintain dashboards, trackers and reporting tools to provide clear visibility on pipeline progress, priorities and key milestones.
- Identify potential bottlenecks,
missing information and process inefficiencies, and support the implementation of improvements.
- Prepare and organize documentation for internal meetings, governance processes and investment committees.
- Support cross-functional teams in coordinating information, deadlines and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to the preparation of management reports, presentations and analyses.
- Perform ad-hoc research and analysis to support business and strategic initiatives.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in consulting, finance, project management, compliance, business operations or a similar environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, Chinese is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with different teams and stakeholders.
- Curiosity, flexibility and a genuine interest in working in an international and fast-growing environment.
You will work closely with the Internal Compliance & Pipeline Management function and interact with colleagues across different business areas and geographies, gaining a broad understanding of how international investment opportunities are evaluated, managed and progressed through the organization.
