We are seeking an International SOX Compliance Analyst to support our Company's Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program in the EMEA region. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure an effective internal control environment. Responsibilities: Identify and assess business risks Design, document, and maintain internal controls Support remediation plans for deficiencies Assist in compliance-related projects Stay updated on regulatory developments Coordinate SOX testing activities Position Qualifications: ~ Bachelor’s degree in relevant field ~2-5 years of experience in SOX compliance or related functions ~ Knowledge of SOX 404 requirements and industry regulations ~ Strong analytical and project management skills ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ~ Ability to travel up to 50% in Europe and internationally #J-18808-Ljbffr
