CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER – BARCELONA

Are you passionate about the restaurant and hospitality industry and experienced in building strong, long-term customer relationships?
We're looking for talented Customer Success Managers to join a fast-growing international Hospitality Technology business supporting restaurants across European markets.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience within the restaurant industry and understand the challenges faced by restaurant owners, General Managers and operational teams.
German – Professional/Business Level
French – Professional/Business Level
You'll manage and develop a portfolio of restaurant clients, helping them maximise the value they receive from the platform while building trusted, long-term relationships.
Building strong relationships with restaurant owners, General Managers and key decision-makers
✔ Monitoring customer satisfaction, product usage and account health
✔ Helping restaurants maximise product adoption and value
✔ Working closely with Product, Support,



Sales and Operations teams
✔ 2–4+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Retention or Commercial Account Management, or Restaurant Management/leadership experince.
✅ A background in hospitality, particularly the restaurant industry, is highly desirable
✅ Experience with Hospitality Tech, Restaurant SaaS, Reservation/Booking Platforms, POS or Payments would be a major advantage
✅ Strong B2B relationship and account management experience
✅ Comfortable working with restaurant owners, managers and operational teams
✅ Professional-level German OR French is essential
