In this role you will develop breakthrough skincare formulations from concept to scale-up, working on Puig’s premium skincare portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate scientific insights into market-ready products, shaping consumer experiences through innovative formulas. You’ll operate in an open, creative R&D; environment that values science, quality, and sustainability. Your work will directly influence product performance, safety, and feasibility as you move from lab to production. Responsabilidades

- Test new ingredients and design experimental plans
- Create and design formulas in the R&D; Center
- Coordinate product testing (microbiology, safety, efficacy)
- Evaluate formulas and perform risk analysis
- Coordinate homologation testing and data monitoring for quality and feasibility
- Collaborate with packaging team to ensure consumer value
- Coordinate with factories for technical feasibility and on-site scale-up




- Lead manufacturing transfer from pilot to commercial production
- Prepare, review, and update laboratory Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain awareness of advances in cosmetic science and technology
- Monitor trends, markets and competitors
- Contribute to category strategic innovation axis
- Report progress to manager

Requisitos principales

- 1-3 years' experience in skincare formula development
- Passion for skincare category
- Understanding of cosmetic product attributes and consumer insights related to skincare
- Understanding of trends, markets, competitors and beauty categories
- Working knowledge in physical testing and analytical methods
- Familiar with global cosmetic regulations and cosmetic GMP
- Master's Degree or higher in Science (Chemistry, Cosmetic Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering)
- Spanish and English and/or French is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in skincare product development in Luxury & Prestige segment
