Appear is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Barcelona, on site. You will own customer journeys from onboarding through renewal, driving expansion and measurable outcomes for AI visibility in client brands. Fluent English is required, Spanish a plus for our European client base. You’ll lead quarterly business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure renewals are proactive with a customer-centric approach.
