Overview

As Pricing Manager, you will own the ARPU target for a market segment and lead a cross-market pricing rollout across countries. You’ll diagnose performance, propose fixes, and coordinate with local and global teams to scale pricing moves. You will shape the pricing model for next year and identify opportunities to optimize revenue through experimentation and data-driven decisions. This role combines strategic pricing with hands-on execution in a fast‑growing, global healthtech environment.

Responsabilidades

- Own the ARPU target for the segment and drive pricing moves across markets
- Roll out pricing initiatives with a weekly cadence and cross-functional alignment
- Identify pricing opportunities across the marketplace and justify them with data
- Develop and defend pricing recommendations to GTM leadership and translate them into rollout plans




- Lead pricing discussions with sales, local commercial, and global teams without formal authority
- Generate data-backed optimization hypotheses and design behavioral experiments
- Monitor budget assumptions and adjust as market learnings occur
- Maintain country price lists in internal systems

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years in pricing, ideally SaaS or marketplace
- Direct experience with GTM or sales leadership on pricing decisions
- Data-driven with ability to back conclusions with numbers
- Comfort with ambiguity and pragmatic in testing
- Ability to explain complex numbers simply
- SQL sufficient to pull data
- Strong Google Sheets skills
- Professional English (spoken and written, B2 or above)
- Degree in economics, math, business, or similar
