This includes the following interesting and complex tasks.You want:- Strategic influence and development of the existing business of the assigned T Cloud.- Publiccustomersin order toincrease the value added for the customer and the sales for the T Cloud Public.- Comprehensive advice to customersregardingthe first-time use of the T Cloud Public or the ongoing optimization of cloud usage (consumption push, upselling).- Active participation in the respective vertical squad of the T Cloud Public.- Avoiding "churn" through proactive analysis and management of T Cloud Public customers.- Supporting the ongoing optimization and further development of the customer success management of the T Cloud Public.- Supporting the customer-oriented "service excellence culture" in all areas of the customer success management of the T Cloud Public.- Participation in the planning and forecasting processes.- Transferring customer requirements to the T Cloud Publicimpedimentand demand process.- Supporting the further development of cloud handling support.- Completed degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training or further education.- Top knowledge and
