DESCRIPTION
Join our collaborative team as a Sr Customer Service Administrator at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this position, you'll manage customer relationships, process orders and contracts, handle tenders and quotations, and ensure exceptional service delivery. In this multifaceted environment,



you'll work across teams to coordinate shipments, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll serve as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments, managing complex administrative processes while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver critical scientific solutions to customers worldwide, from supporting clinical trials to enabling groundbreaking research.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience in a similar role
- Preferred Fields of Study: business administration, science, or related field
- Relevant professional certifications beneficial
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, QAD) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, wit
