Description
Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field
Experience
5+ years of facilities operations or maintenance management experience
Other Qualifications
Experience coordinating maintenance and repair contracts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to obtain and maintain required federal security clearance (Public Trust or higher as required)
Responsibilities
Provide acquisition support including preparation of acquisition documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), market research, and analysis of alternativesSupport funding management and budget tracking, including submitting purchase requisitions and tracking obligations in financial systems such as SAPTrack and manage project costs within TRIRIGA (or successor system)



and ensure monthly updates to financial and project recordsCoordinate and prepare monthly Maintenance & Repair (M&R;) reports detailing cost, scope, project status, modifications, and logistics supportManage facility Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) data, including facility deficiencies, maintenance contracts, and operational data within systems of recordSupport sustainment planning efforts through data trending, historical analysis, and execution planning for facility maintenance and repair requirementsMonitor maintenance work and assist in developing repair solutions for facilitiesAssist in oversight of environmental task completion and ensure proper documentation of permits, warranties, and equipment recordsCoordinate with Facility and Infrastructure Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, project managers, and financial teams to support operational requirementsMaintain documentation and reporting within SharePoint
