Overview

In this role you will define and optimize manufacturing for optronic equipment within a multinational tech environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to industrialize new products, transfer designs to production, and ensure quality and efficiency KPIs. You will design tooling and fixtures, solve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement. Responsabilidades

- Define and maintain manufacturing, assembly, and integration processes for optronic equipment
- Prepare manufacturing documentation including work instructions, routings, procedures, and technical docs
- Participate in industrialization of new products and transfer of designs to production
- Design and specify manufacturing fixtures, tooling, inspection equipment, and test benches
- Resolve manufacturing technical issues and lead corrective/preventive actions
- Analyze and improve production processes using continuous improvement methodologies
- Participate in process validation, first article builds,



and commissioning of new lines/equipment
- Collaborate with Quality on non-conformance analysis, improvements, and audits
- Monitor production, productivity, and efficiency KPIs
- Provide technical support to assembly, integration, and testing teams

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Optical Engineering and Optometry, Physics, or an equivalent discipline
- English proficiency minimum B2
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Experience valued in optronic systems, electro-optical equipment, optical instrumentation, electro-optical and infrared sensors
- Knowledge of optics/optoelectronics/electro-optical technologies
- Ability to define/improve industrial manufacturing processes and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with CAD tools and ERP/MES systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, APQP, FMEA, and process control (asset)
