We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Quality, Compliance & Fraud (QC&F;) team within Operations, combining strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and project management capabilities to help improve and scale operational processes across different business areas. From fraud prevention and quality improvement to operational efficiency and automation,



you'll work on diverse challenges that directly impact our business, restaurant partners and users.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys connecting business challenges, data, and technology: diving into data, challenging existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, translating insights into actionable solutions, and driving projects from idea to implementation.

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and comfortable exploring new tools and technologies. While coding experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. What matters most is the ability to understand complex problems, think critically, and find practical, scalable solutions.
