We are looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Technology & IT Recruitment team in our Madrid office.

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant within our Madrid Technology division, you will:

- Learn and develop within the Technology & IT recruitment market
- Build relationships with technology professionals across Spain and Europe
- Source, engage, and qualify candidates for live vacancies
- Support clients with their hiring needs and deliver an exceptional recruitment service
- Develop business development and client management skills




- Manage recruitment processes from initial contact through to placement
- Work closely with experienced consultants and leaders who will support your development
- Progress towards managing your own market and client relationships

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in recruitment (12 months) or a background in sales, business development, customer success, hospitality, retail, or another target-driven environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A resilient, motivated, and ambitious mindset
- Commercial awareness and confidence speaking with professionals
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in recruitment
- Fluent Spanish
- Someone who is coachable, competitive, and eager to learn
