As the Blades Reliability Specialist reporting to the Blades Reliability Manager,



you'll oversee wind turbine blade inspections, lead investigations into blade failures, manage repairs, and collaborate on upgrades and defect solutions. You'll also develop and maintain documentation to ensure optimal blade conditions and reliability.

Key responsibilities and Authorities
- Oversee wind turbine blade inspections and condition assessments, actively participating in developing fleet maintenance strategies to ensure routine inspections maintain optimal blade conditions.
- Lead investigations into blade failures, collaborating with subcontractors or internal teams to perform root cause analyses, and delivering clear recommendations for corrective actions to enhance safety and reliability.
- Manage or support blade repairs and maintenance activities, evaluating methods and materials and prioritizing repair tasks to minimize downtime.
