This is an entrepreneurial partnership for an experienced recruitment, sales, or talent professional who wants to help build a recruitment business rather than join a traditional hierarchy. You’ll combine business development, candidate sourcing, recruitment delivery, and strategic decision-making to help startups hire exceptional talent. You’ll bring your own network and client relationships while leveraging an established business, candidate database, ATS, and outbound infrastructure. You’ll have significant freedom to shape your approach and use AI, automation, CRM, and sourcing tools to work efficiently.
