Overview In this role you drive revenue by closing upsell opportunities of Factorial's HR software features for the Portuguese market. You'll work within the Customer Experience team to nurture existing relationships, run the full sales cycle, and implement account plans designed to exceed quotas. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and a seamless customer journey from prospecting to close.
The role combines strategic negotiation with hands-on execution to scale this strategic initiative and support company growth.

Responsabilidades
- Manage sales-qualified deals from initiation to close and enrich the customer experience throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while pursuing account development via upselling and cross-selling
- Identify and support prospect clients through their decision-making process across the full sales cycle
- Develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives
- Apply consultative selling techniques to move prospects through the sales process
- Provide reliable forecasts of activities and revenue to sales leadership
- Collaborate daily with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Senior Leadership to deliver top service to clients
