What will you do with us?
In this role as Senior Quality Engineer, you will lead quality engineering activities across process development, manufacturing, supplier management and customer engagement, helping to build a robust, scalable and continuously improving quality framework. You will investigate failures, implement corrective quality mechanisms and make sure that our products meet customer requirements.
The role will combine hands‐on expertise with cross‐functional collaboration in a semiconductor production environment and external engagement with service providers and customers.
Key Functions
- Develop, implement and maintain quality and control plans, inspection strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor key quality metrics, process capability, yield, reliability and customer quality performance.
- Apply structured problem‐solving methods, including root cause analysis, 8D, FMEA, SPC, CAPA and corrective and preventive action management.
- Lead investigations into non‐conformances, customer complaints, excursions and process deviations.
- Work with process, product,



operations and supply chain teams to identify and reduce product and process risks and improve performance and yield
- Support new product introduction, process qualification and technology transfer activities.
- Define and manage quality requirements for service partners, suppliers and external manufacturing organisations.
- Support supplier, customer, internal and accreditation audits.
- Mentor and train engineers and technicians on quality control mechanisms and best practices.
- Communicate technical findings clearly in English to stakeholders at all levels, including technical reports and presentations.
