Responsabilidades

- shape and maintain the platform's technical roadmap aligned with IT strategy
- advise Product Owner and business units in technical ideation phases
- propose technical solutions and evaluate new technologies
- promote software quality standards and implement automation
- advocate agile practices (Pair Programming, Code Review)
- manage technical debt and prioritize it in the backlog
- evaluate non-functional requirements (security, backup, performance, monitoring)
- monitor and manage technical dependencies and incident resolution




- foster technical growth of the team and lead the technical lead forum
- coordinate with Architecture, Product Owner, and other IT areas to ensure cohesive solutions

Requisitos principales

- strategic mindset and leadership to drive a platform-wide technical roadmap
- deep domain and technical knowledge to guide architecture decisions
- experience in modern distributed architectures (DDD), Java/Spring Boot microservices
- data persistence with SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB)
- event-driven patterns with Kafka and RabbitMQ
- standards-driven approach for scalability, resilience, maintainability
- hands-on software development experience and ability to critique designs
- experience with Agile (SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe, LeSS) and distributed teams
- knowledge of non-functional requirements management (security, monitoring, performance, backup)
- experience with AI-enabled SDLC practices and adoption of AI agents (GitHub Copilot, Claude)
- English and Spanish proficiency
