Project Summary
We are looking for a technical Project Manager to lead the NextGen Connectivity & Decoupling program end to end. The role drives execution of the program strategy, safeguarding milestone delivery and controlling effort, capacity and budget. It coordinates Architecture, Development, Infrastructure, Security and several operating entities across a multi-country setup.
Requirements
Main Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the program plan, milestones and RAID log across workstreams
- Track delivery of Dual Track workstreams against the roadmap and escalate deviations
- Identify and mitigate cross-entity risks and dependencies through to closure
- Align C-level CIO stakeholders across operating entities,
Architecture, Infrastructure and Security
- Monitor program budget, resource allocation and burn rate vs plan
- Produce program reporting and prepare OpCo, SteerCo and executive-level reports
Mandatory Experience:
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT connectivity, decoupling or transformation programs in multi-country environments
- Senior PM profile with a technical background
- Iterative delivery models and phased architecture transformation programs
- Program governance, stakeholder management and executive communication
- Understanding of DORA and GDPR compliance requirements
Preferred Experience:
- IT outsourcing and vendor consolidation frameworks
Education
PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification, or equivalent proven experience
