Technical Support Engineer - Enterprise PlatformsContractWe're looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join a growing international team supporting large-scale digital platforms for major enterprise customers across Europe.
This is not a traditional service desk role. You'll investigate complex application issues using SQL, APIs, observability tools and code, taking ownership of problems through to resolution.
What you'll be doingInvestigating technical issues across web applications, APIs and mobile platformsUsing SQL for troubleshooting and root-cause analysisManaging incidents and escalations through to resolutionDebugging web issues using Chrome DevToolsUsing Datadog or similar observability toolsWorking closely with Engineering and Product teamsReading and understanding Python or other scripting languagesUsing AI tools to support investigations,



scripting and automationWhat we're looking forYou'll have strong experience in Technical Support, Enterprise Support, Production Support or Application Support, ideally within SaaS or complex web platforms.
You'll need strong SQL, REST API/web technology knowledge, incident management experience and exposure to monitoring/observability tools. You should also be comfortable reading code and working with Jira.
Experience supporting enterprise customers is important, while retail, grocery or e-commerce experience would be a bonus. If you're a hands‐on problem solver who enjoys getting underneath technical issues rather than simply escalating them, we'd like to hear from you.
