Reporting to senior leadership, this role will act as a trusted business partner, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and compliance across the country. To design, implement, and lead the people agenda in Spain, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of talent while fostering a high-performance culture that supports sustainable business growth and alignment with the company's international strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the HR strategy for Spain in alignment with global business objectives.
Act as a strategic advisor to the Country Leadership Team on all people-related matters.
Lead and develop a team of three HR professionals,



fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning initiatives.
Design and implement employee engagement, culture, and change management programs.
Oversee compensation and benefits policies, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity.
Ensure compliance with Spanish labor legislation and corporate governance requirements.
Lead employee relations activities, including interaction with employee representatives and external stakeholders when required.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support business decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
Partner with regional and integral HR teams to implement international policies, processes, and projects.
