David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Technical Support Advisor to join their teams in Barcelona.

Position: Technical Support Advisor

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Model: On-Site

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate and timely solutions

- Educate customers on product usage, updates and best practices

- Create and manage support tickets to ensure proper tracking and resolution

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated cases

- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems

- Take ownership of customer cases and progress them through to resolution or escalation

REQUIREMENTS:

- Native or near-native level of German

- Advanced level of English





- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support

- Good customer service skills and the ability to understand customer needs

- Strong listening and communication skills

- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions

- Ability to take ownership of cases and manage them through to resolution

- Comfortable working in a customer service environment
