Responsabilidades

- Develop AI‑powered talent strategies aligned with business priorities for the EMEA region
- Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor, providing predictive analytics to influence decisions
- Co‑create scalable talent solutions and AI‑enhanced hiring frameworks with cross‑functional teams
- Lead and coach a high‑performing TA team across EMEA, ensuring accountability and outcomes
- Design and execute multi‑channel sourcing and talent pipelines for current and future roles
- Manage quarterly planning and tracking using predictive hiring models

Requisitos principales

- 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
- ≥5 years in people management roles
- Deep specialization in TA for technical roles within technology companies
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into talent strategy with commercial acumen
- Experience building data‑driven, multi‑channel sourcing and AI‑driven pipelines
- Strong metrics ownership and workforce analytics capabilities
- Track record of advisory influence with senior business leaders
