Syntegon Telstar S.R.U, part of the Syntegon Group, is seeking a Manager (m/f/d) Value Creation in its Pharma Liquid (PHL) unit to drive the value creation plan from strategy design to on‑the‑ground implementation across general sites.
You will execute strategic initiatives with global production sites, support the Director Value Creation & Strategy PHL, engage diverse stakeholders, and travel internationally (roughly 10–20%). Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
