Overview

As Director of Field Operations for EMEA North, you drive sales effectiveness and operational excellence across the region. You partner with field sales, marketing, and ecosystem teams to align priorities and execute regional plans that accelerate growth. You lead regional transformation efforts, ensuring consistent execution and continuous improvement in collaboration with corporate functions. You will shape cross-functional processes to enable scalable, predictable performance while adopting best practices. This role offers the chance to influence regional strategy within a dynamic enterprise software environment.

Responsabilidades

- Develop and execute regional operational playbooks and plans to boost productivity and predictability
- Partner with field sales, marketing, and ecosystem teams to align priorities and execution
- Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and solutions to enhance sales efficiency and customer engagement
- Monitor regional performance and adjust tactics to meet targets
- Serve as liaison between regional field teams and corporate functions for alignment
- Establish feedback mechanisms to capture field insights and opportunities




- Translate field input into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and sales strategy
- Lead change initiatives to optimize sales processes and partner engagement models
- Manage transformation initiatives with clear communication, training, and adoption
- Build cross-functional alignment and track progress against priorities
- Identify operational risks and growth opportunities and recommend corrective actions

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience in senior sales operations, field operations, or regional sales leadership
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, partner ecosystems, and change management
- Demonstrated success delivering complex strategic initiatives at scale
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical capability to assess regional market dynamics and adapt strategies
- Experience within Infor or a similar enterprise software environment is preferred
