Junior Broker Assistant - Reinsurance - Madrid, SpainJunior Assistant Broker - ReinsuranceWhat The Day Will Look Like?In this position, you will support Senior Brokers in the Marine Practice (LATAM, Caribbean & EMEA) with activities such as:Reviewing Marine submissions, such as Cargo, Hull & Machinery, Marine Liabilities, Ports & Terminals, and gathering technical exposure data from cedants and corporate clients across the RegionsHelping to prepare and present terms, benchmarking analysis, and placement proposals to network partners and clientsAssisting with firm order broking via FDT, electronic placement platforms, and direct market communicationsAccurately recording broking activity, updating market sheets, and maintaining internal pipeline systemsReviewing draft and final MRCs (Market Reform Contracts), policy slips, and wordings with support from senior brokersPreparing and sending cover confirmations, cover notes, and endorsements to clients and regional network officesSupporting client and reinsurer meetings,
