What you'll do day to day
- Manage and develop a strategic portfolio of doctors and private clinics within the UK market, building strong and long-term relationships.




- Design and execute growth and retention strategies through upselling and cross-selling initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand account value.
- Support clients in adopting and optimising our digital solutions, coordinating internally to ensure successful implementations and a seamless client experience.
- Deliver consultative and commercial presentations on new products, functionalities and services within the Top Doctors ecosystem.
- Manage contract renewals while proactively identifying new opportunities for account development and growth.
- Monitor portfolio performance, commercial activity and account evolution through CRM tools and performance metrics.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their goals and recommending tailored solutions that support their business growth.
